Where are my confirmation emails?

If you're expecting an email from us (like order confirmations, shipping updates, etc.) and don't see it in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folder - it might have ended up there by mistake. To make sure you never miss an update, add our email to your safe sender list!

What payment options do you accept?

You can pay securely using Square or Paypal. Square allows you to check out with a credit or debit card -no account needed. If you choose Paypal at checkout, you will need to log in to a PayPal account to complete the purchase.

Shipping Policy

We currently ship within Canada only. All orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package size and delivery location.

Local Pickup & Market Pickup

We offer free local pickup by appointment and farmers market pickup during scheduled events. Please contact us to arrange your preferred option.

Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on freeze-dried foods, powders, or lollipops.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Product Disclaimer

All of our freeze-dried products are made in a clean, home-based environment using fresh, high-quality ingredients.

We are not a nut-free or allergen-free facility, and cross-contamination is always a possibility. Please read ingredient labels carefully and contact us with any concerns before ordering.

Shelf life and color may vary slightly depending on storage conditions and the natural variation in fruits, vegetables, and herbs.

Custom Lollipop Orders

Our honey-based lollipops can be customized for weddings, baby showers, birthdays, and more!

You may request:

– Custom colored labels (natural, botanical, or fruit-based shades)

– Personalized labels or tags

Please contact us at least 3–4 weeks in advance for large events.

How should I store my freeze-dried products?

Keep your items in a cool, dark, and dry place—airtight containers or resealable bags are best. For long-term storage, avoid moisture and humidity.

How do I rehydrate freeze-dried fruits and vegetables?

Place the amount you need in a bowl and cover lightly with warm water. Most items rehydrate in 5–15 minutes, though some powders may be used directly without rehydration.

How long do your products last?

Most of our freeze-dried foods and powders can last 1–2 years if stored properly. Always check for moisture or unusual odors before use.

Can I request custom blends or products?

Yes! We’re happy to discuss custom spice or herb blends and special product bundles. Reach out via email or message us on Facebook to chat.

Do you offer subscription boxes?

Not yet—but we're working on it!

At Prairie Rose Pantry, we’re excited to bring you curated subscription boxes and sampler packages featuring our favorite freeze-dried foods, powders, and seasonal creations.

While these offerings aren’t available just yet, they’re high on our to-do list. We’re thoughtfully designing them to bring variety, value, and a taste of the prairies right to your door.

We can’t confirm a launch date at this time, but be sure to follow us on social media to be the first to know when they arrive!

Are your products safe for people with allergies?

While we do our best to avoid cross-contamination, our kitchen is not certified allergen-free. Products may come into contact with nuts, gluten, dairy, or soy. Please use caution.
